Delete your account and data
Option 1 — in the app
Open the Me tab and tap Delete account. You confirm with a 6-digit code sent to your account email. Your account is closed straight away — you are signed out and cannot sign back in — and the personal data is erased 30 days later (an automatic job runs daily). The 30-day gap exists so that a mistaken or hijacked request can still be reversed by contacting support.
Option 2 — by email
Send a message to support@bonusboy.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Bonusboy account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner, close the account and confirm by email within 2 business days. The personal data is then erased on the same 30-day schedule as the in-app route.
What is deleted

Immediately: all session tokens (you are signed out everywhere) and access to the account. Any unused reward balance is forfeited. Transaction records of gift cards already issued — kept for up to 5 years because Korean commercial and tax law requires records of completed transactions. Fraud-prevention records (hashed device fingerprint and the reason for a block) — kept where an account was blocked for abuse, so the same abuse cannot simply restart. Kept no longer than necessary. Aggregate, non-identifying counts (e.g. "surveys completed this month"). |

계정·데이터 삭제 요청 (한국어)
앱 Me 탭에서 Delete account 를 누르거나, 가입한 이메일 주소로 support@bonusboy.com 에 "Delete my Bonusboy account" 라고 보내주세요. 메일로 받은 6자리 코드로 확인하면 즉시 계정이 닫히고(로그아웃·재로그인 불가), 개인정보는 30일 뒤 자동으로 익명화됩니다(매일 도는 배치). 30일을 두는 이유는 착오·도용으로 인한 요청을 되돌릴 수 있게 하기 위해서입니다.
즉시: 세션 토큰 전부 삭제·계정 접근 차단, 잔여 포인트 소멸.
30일 뒤 자동 삭제: 이메일·이름·지급용 이메일·구글 로그인 식별자·마지막 IP·기기 기록.
보관 대상: 이미 발급된 상품권 거래 기록(상법·세법상 최대 5년), 어뷰징으로 차단된 계정의 부정방지 기록(해시된 기기 지문과 사유), 식별되지 않는 통계값.
