Bonusboy Terms of Use

1. The service

Bonusboy lets you earn rewards for completing surveys and tasks supplied by third-party research partners, and redeem those rewards as gift cards. Bonusboy is operated by TanzSoft Co., Ltd., Seoul, Korea.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person and per device. You may not create or use multiple accounts, share accounts, or use emulators, virtual devices, VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your device or location.
• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.

3. Rewards

• The amount shown for a survey or task is the amount you receive if the partner confirms your completion.
• Rewards are pending until the partner confirms them, confirmed once accepted, and available for withdrawal after the partner settles the transaction with us (up to 30 days). The expected date is shown in the app.
• If a partner reverses a completion (for example for inattentive or fraudulent answers), the corresponding reward is removed, including from your available balance.
• We never reward installing apps, rating or reviewing apps, or any action that violates the policies of Google Play or our partners.
• Referral bonuses are paid only after the referred user's own rewards are confirmed. Self-referral and referrals from the same device or household are not paid.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is US$5 (US$10 for virtual Visa). A daily limit of US$50 per account applies.
• Withdrawals require a verified payout email and a 6-digit code sent to that email. Changing the payout email locks withdrawals for 48 hours.
• Withdrawals are reviewed automatically; some are reviewed by a person within 1–3 business days. Gift card codes are shown inside the app only.
• Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's terms. We do not exchange rewards for cash.

5. Prohibited conduct

Fraudulent, automated or inattentive survey completion, tampering with the app or its communications, forging partner callbacks, or attempting to bypass device or identity checks results in forfeiture of all rewards and permanent account closure.

6. Changes and termination

We may change rewards, partners, limits or these terms at any time; material changes are announced in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account; unpaid balances are forfeited on deletion.

7. Liability

Bonusboy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TanzSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for partner decisions to reverse or reject completions, or for gift card brands' terms.
