A missing game reward is the most common support e-mail Bonusboy receives. In almost every case the cause is one of the seven below, and most of them can be checked in two minutes.
Tracking only works when you tap Install inside the Bonusboy game card. If you searched the store yourself, the advertiser never linked your play to your account. Uninstall, wait a day, then install through the card. Some advertisers reject re-installs, so this only works once.
Advertisers pay for new players. If the game was installed before, even long ago, the offer will usually not track. Pick another game.
Reports arrive within minutes for most partners, but some advertisers batch them and take up to 48 hours. Keep the game installed and wait.
If the IP address or device at install time differs from the one at the milestone, the advertiser often rejects the step. Turn off any VPN, use the same phone and the same account throughout.
"Reach level 10" sometimes means the account level, not the campaign level; "collect 1,000 coins" may mean total earned, not held. Open the game card and read the step text again.
Campaigns stop daily. If the game disappeared from the list, the advertiser stopped paying for new steps; steps already reported remain.
Each offer is set up for specific countries and devices. If the game does not open, says "not available" or crashes at start, it is not going to track. Use "Report this game" on the card: it hides the game for you, and when several members in your country report it, it is hidden for all of them.
Every game you started is listed with its steps and whether each step has been reported. A step marked "reported" is in your wallet as Checking or Confirmed. Nothing listed after 48 hours means the partner never sent the report.
Write to support@bonusboy.com if a step shows as reported but is missing from your wallet, or if the same game fails for you after you installed it correctly. Include the game name and the date; we can check the partner's logs. Please know in advance what we cannot do: we cannot pay a step the partner did not report, because we only pass on money the partner pays us.
Most steps are reported within minutes; some advertisers batch reports and take up to 48 hours. After 48 hours with no report, the step is unlikely to arrive.
No. Bonusboy only pays rewards the partner reports and later pays for. If the partner never reports the step, there is no payment to pass on. Support can check whether the report arrived and tell you which partner ran the offer.
It hides the game for you immediately. If several members in your country report the same game, it is hidden for everyone in that country, so others do not waste time.
