How to cash out: the $5 minimum, options by country, fees and timing
When your withdrawable balance reaches $5, open the Wallet tab and choose how you want to be paid. Balances are kept in US dollars in every country. Below is exactly what is available today, what it costs, and how the payout reaches you.
Options by country
In India the only option that can be issued today is PayPal (sent in US dollars; PayPal India converts to rupees into your bank account). Amazon.in and other rupee gift cards are in the catalogue but are marked "coming soon" because our provider cannot issue them to India yet. A Virtual Visa is not available in India. We will update this page the week that changes.
The app always shows what is actually available where you live; a product marked "coming soon" cannot be selected.
Fees
- Gift cards, Virtual Visa, Razer Gold: no fee. You get exactly the amount you pick.
- PayPal: 5% or $0.25, whichever is higher. That is what our reward provider charges us to send money that way; we do not add a margin. At $5 the fee is $0.25. It is shown before you confirm.
- Currency: payouts are made in US dollars. If PayPal converts to your local currency, PayPal's own rate applies.
- Daily limit: $50 per account.
How the payout reaches you
- Pick an option and the amount.
- Enter the 6-digit code we e-mail to your sign-in address. Your payout e-mail is the same as your sign-in e-mail and cannot be changed to someone else's.
- Most withdrawals are approved automatically: the gift-card code appears in the app, or the PayPal transfer is sent. Withdrawals above $20 and any with unusual history are checked by a person, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
Why your balance may not be withdrawable yet
We only pay out what partners have actually paid us. Survey and game partners pay 1 to 5 months after the task, and only once their minimum is reached, so a reward shows as Checking or Confirmed until then. The Wallet shows the expected date next to each reward once the partner's minimum is crossed. The $1 first-mission bonus and referral bonuses are paid from our own share and can be cashed out together with your other rewards once you have $5 withdrawable; a balance made only of bonuses cannot be cashed out on its own.
