Checking, confirmed, withdrawable: how long a reward takes to become money

A reward on Bonusboy goes through three states. Two of them are decided by the survey or game partner, and the third depends on a bank transfer we have no control over. Here is what each state means and how long it really takes.

The three states

StateWho decidesWhat has happened
CheckingThe partnerYour completion was reported. The partner may still review and cancel it.
ConfirmedThe partnerThe partner accepted it and will include it in its next invoice to Bonusboy.
WithdrawableThe bankThe partner's payment arrived in Bonusboy's account. The reward is yours to cash out.

Why the wait is long

Research and game partners pay publishers like Bonusboy the way companies pay suppliers: the month ends, an invoice is prepared, and payment terms run from there. On top of that, most partners only pay once the balance owed to us passes a minimum amount. Until the deposit lands, we do not pay out, because paying before being paid is how reward apps run out of money and close.

PartnerTypeCycle (partner terms)Expected wait after your taskPartner minimum
CPX Researchsurveysmonth end + 15 days invoicing + net 90108 to 139 days$25
TheoremReachsurveysmonth end + 15 days + net 6078 to 109 days$50
RapidoReachsurveysmonth end + 15 days + net 3048 to 79 days$50
Lootablygamesmonth end + net 3033 to 64 days$25
GemiAdgamesmonth end + net 3034 to 65 days$25
Monlixgamesmonth end + 31 days + net 3064 to 95 days$20
NoTikgamesmonth end + 31 days + net 3064 to 95 days$50 (assumed)
Klinkgamesmonth end + net 3034 to 65 days$100

The range depends on when in the month you completed the task: a task on the 1st waits a month longer than one on the 30th. We add a three-day buffer for bank transfers.

What the Wallet shows

Once our balance with a partner has crossed its minimum, every reward from that partner shows an expected date computed from the table above; for a CPX Research survey completed in September 2026, for example, that is between 16 January and 16 February 2027. Until the minimum is crossed, the Wallet shows "waiting for partner" instead of a date, because a date we cannot keep is worse than no date. When the deposit arrives, the rewards it covers switch to Withdrawable.

What can still change a confirmed reward

A partner can cancel a confirmed reward if it later finds the answers low quality or duplicated. The reward disappears from the balance and the reason is shown in your history. Once a reward is withdrawable it cannot be cancelled.

Quick answers

How long does a survey reward stay in "Checking"?

With our current partners the completion is confirmed at the moment it is reported, so "Checking" and "Confirmed" happen together. The reward can still be cancelled by the partner for up to about a month; most cancellations arrive within a few days, but some batches come weeks later.

Why is there no date next to my confirmed reward?

Because the partner has not yet reached the minimum amount it pays out. The Wallet shows "waiting for partner" instead of a date so we do not promise a day we cannot keep. The date appears once our balance with that partner crosses its minimum.

Can I speed it up?

No, and neither can we. The partner pays on its published schedule. What you can do is keep earning so the balance is ready the day the deposit lands.
